You must have an account in order to submit proposals through eCPS. If you have an NIH External Active Directory account, you may use that to login to eCPS.

If you already have an eRA Commons account, you may use that to log into eCPS instead of an NIH External Active Directory account.
If you use NIH Approved Login Provider like Google or a Partner Research Organization, you will be navigated to their Login page.
The following table represents NIH/SAMHSA contract solicitations that are available for electronic proposal submission through eCPS. Please Note: Proposals will not be accepted through eCPS after the closing date and time.
